Let's celebrate the incredible work of Head Start and Early Head Start staff and Idaho Head Start Director Bill Foxcroft.
Staff will be recognized according to their years of service to Head Start or Early Head Start. There are more than a few people who have worked for 20 years, and some even longer.
We'll also recognize the strong and effective leadership provided by IHSA Executive Director Bill Foxcroft for the past nine years. Bill will be leaving his position later in 2023, and we will take this opportunity to thank him for the positive energy, innovative ideas and sound management he's provided to IHSA during his tenure.
