CONQUERING CRISIS WITH CREATIVITY to reframe the grief and burn-out of the current staffing crisis, foster reflection, and inspire positive action. The content will include, not in this order:
    1. Validation and celebration of the significance of your roles as teachers, directors, parents, specialists…
      1. High level overview of the Self-Aware Success Strategies (the SASS)
        1. Focused dive into the 3-yr-old’s Strategy called Faith and the 7-yr-old’s Strategy called Acceptance, as they relate to their work now and the challenges they are facing
          1. Related inspirational messages of support for creative solutions, and reducing negative framing about the crisis
            1. Audience engagement, especially in table conversations about positive actions to take to your programs
  • The Self-Aware Success Strategies are seven social and emotional capacities you were
pre-programmed to develop between your birth and the end of your seventh year of life.
All your interpersonal patterns for trusting others, holding true to a healthy identity, getting
what you want while supporting others’ interests...
Each of those seven years, you had a window of opportunity to practice and strengthen
one strategy for greater self-awareness and connection to others.
These seven Self-Aware Success Strategies are the SASS—your birthright for productive and kind connections with others today.
